Stockholm University Press in Open Access Week 2021

Stockholm University Press pays attention to equity

Stockholm University Press takes part in Open Access Week this year. We are also delighted that Stockholm University Library has taken several initiatives.

“It matters how we open knowledge:
Building structural equity”

This is the theme for the international Open Access Week 2021. Stockholm University Press welcomes researchers from all around the world to publish with us. You can read more about how we pay attention to equity at the Stockholm University Press Blog during Open Access Week.

Our Anthropology & Society book series for a better world

Paula Uimonen, Professor of Social Anthropology at Stockholm University, is the chair of the Editorial Board in our book series Anthropology & Society. In the recently published blog post, “Anthropology for a better world”, the Editorial Board of the book series encourages anthropologists around the world to submit book proposals, since anthropological knowledge can contribute to create a better world.

Open Access for Global Justice

Paula is a researcher who also wants to shed some light on the topic equity. She talks about Open access for Global Justice in an interview in the Stockholm University Library’s podcast Bakom bokhyllan (in Swedish). (TBA)
