Exploring Language Education – Global and Local Perspectives zooms in on currently debated topics of Language Education. The chapters are based on talks given at the first Exploring Language Education conference at Stockholm University in 2018. Issues related to multilingualism, Global Englishes, and experienced tensions between research and practice are generally shared matters brought up by many speakers at the conference. The volume includes five examples of topical analysis on Language Education, and the authors are internationally renowned scholars from Sweden, Canada and the United States.
